We are now in the Experience Economy:
Going above and beyond to deliver a great customer experience. To earn new customers, don’t try to get inside their heads. Get inside their hearts!
CX is not about the product, service, what you say or what you do. It is about empathy – walking in your customer’s shoes. It is about how you make them feel.
This is the best way for photographers to stand out to customers by showing them that you care to give them more than photos. Delivering a great experience is your biggest competitive advantage.
HOW IT WORKS?
YOUR CLIENTS will be the judges of the experience they had.
- You will get a special link after you apply for the award. You can share this link with your customers to nominate the experience they got from you
- Your clients will answer a set of closed questions and also open-ended questions.
- It takes 5 minutes to fill out the form
- We use Likert scales questions. Because they are one of the most reliable ways to measure opinions, perceptions, and behaviours.
What will your clients get?
Every client that fills out a form for you gets a chance to WIN $500 just for nominating you.
You can send the link to as many clients as you want.
The drawing will take place at the end of the contest randomly, so their responses will bear no impact on their likeness to win.
SCORING & CRITERIA & JURY
Babies & Photographers Team and Customer Experience experts will make their evaluations according to the following criteria:
- 80 Points (from the Likert scale questions)
- 20 Points (from open-ended questions)
- For the written responses, we’ll read through each of them and manually assign up to 20 bonus points.
- How did this photographer go above and beyond in ways others don’t?
- How enjoyable were the customers to do business with (Emotion)
- How easy were the customers to do business with (Ease)
- How effectively do you meet the customers’ needs? (Effective)
Our Customer Experience Awards will be given based on a score of 1 to 100, the top 5 experiences with the most points will be awarded. (No feedback will be given)

Babies & Photographers Team and 2 reels experts will make their evaluations according to the following criteria:
- Creativity
- Engagement
- Reel Performance
- Lighting, Style, Quality
Our Reels Awards will be given based on a score of 1 to 10, the top 3 reels with the most you will be awarded. (No feedback will be given)
